چکیده
Aminophosphonates and their derivatives have a wide range of pharmaceutical applications as an important ingredient in organic compounds and used as anti-viral, antifungal, and anti-tumor. In this study, a new composition of dimethyl (phenyl) (4-phenyldienzylene) phenyl) amino (methyl) phosphonate and its derivatives was synthesized from the reaction of 4-amino-azobenzene and dimethyl phosphite and benzaldehyde derivatives in ethanol solvent (MEOH) and In the presence of formic acid catalyst at 65 ° C In this work, formic acid as an effective green catalyst in the synthesis of Aminophosphonates in the reaction Kebchnik-Fields was used. This catalyst synthesizes a-aminophosphonates in a short time under mild conditions. This catalyst can synthesize a-aminophosphonates with different aldehydes and ketones.
