چکیده
A core-shell nanostructure was designed in order to combine the characteristics of mesoporous silica (KIT-6)as a substrate with large values of surface area and selenium dioxide as a emiconductor with photocatalytic properties. To achieve the highest level of photocatalytic activation, LaP 3+ Pcationes were introduced in core-shell particles to act as metallic dopants. It was revealed that La- SiOR2R@SeOR2R-KIT-6 can degrade 2,4-Dichlorophenol (DCP) and Methylene blue (MB) as a model compound, completely in less than 20 min. It was found that presence of La in the core and SeOR2R in the mesoporous shell, generate very efficient photocatalyst to enhance photodegradation of DCP ans MB dramatically. A series of analysis procedures and experiments were employed to investigate the structure and yield of prepared photocatalyst, that including X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Barrett-Joyner-Halenda (BJH) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) were employed for characterization of the produced core-shell Nano structure.کليدواژه ها
