چکیده
Graphitic carbon nitride is one of the important organic compound that it has been extensively used because of its abundance and simple availability as well as chemical and thermal stability. Graphitic carbon nitride has low band gap (2.70 eV). Since the photogenetared electron–hole pair shows a high rate recombination for graphitic carbon nitride, its modification is considered as an important subject [1]. Among various methods used to achieve high efficiency, construction of new structures is an ideal method. Many strategies can be applied for modification of pristine bulk g-C3N4 including surface modification, nanostructure formation, structure engineering, and heterostructure construction, but some of these strategies are difficult to perform and require expensive materials [2]. There are many physical and chemical strategies to remove pollutants. Among them, adsorption is an efficient and easy method to decrease wastewater [3]. In this study, the V2O5/S-doped graphitic carbon nitride nanocomposite was constructed using the in-situ growth method. The properties of this interesting material were improved by S-doping as well as addition of V2O5. The nanocomposite was characterized using FT-IR, XRD, SEM, EDX, BET, TEM, PL, XPS and UV-DRS techniques. The application and conditions of synthesized nanocomposite for removal of Methylene Blue (MB) was studied and compared to those of the bare graphitic carbon nitride. Also, one of the aims of the present study is introduction of a simple strategy to overcome problems regarding light absorption and charge transfer. The results were shown that MB can degradation as well as at pH=9, 0.05 gr of V2O5/S-g-C3N4, 12 mg/L for MB, 60 minutes and 35-40 oC temperature under UV irradiation. The results were shown that the V2O5/S-doped graphitic carbon nitride can used to adsorption and degradation of MB with high yield, and simple method.کليدواژه ها
